The Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania, in collaboration with the Calabria Region, celebrated the gastronomic excellence of this extraordinary land with a unique evening at the Sara Floreasca restaurant.
Guests had the opportunity to taste typical Calabrian products, discovering the richness of authentic Italian culinary traditions: from artisanal cured meats such as ‘nduja and soppressata to traditional cheeses paired with the finest wines of the region.
