On June 18th, we had the honor of participating in the institutional visit of the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, to Bucharest. This significant event, meticulously organized by our Italian Embassy in Bucharest, highlighted the strong and enduring ties between Italy and Romania.
For the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Romania (CCIPR), this was an extraordinary occasion, marking a pivotal chapter in our efforts to strengthen economic and cultural relations between our two countries.
The event was attended by many representatives of Italian businesses in Romania, as well as some members of our Board of Directors:
Roberto Musneci, President of CCIPR, Salvatore Savinelli, Board Member of CCIPR - VARD FINCANTIERI, Pasquale Silvestro, Vice President of CCIPR - Tonucci & Partners, Filippo Scurti, Treasurer of CCIPR - Bonatti, Giovanni Pometti, Secretary General of CCIPR.
During this high-profile visit, discussions focused on expanding bilateral cooperation, promoting economic partnerships, and exploring new opportunities for mutual growth. President Mattarella's presence underscored the profound and dynamic relationship that Italy shares with Romania.
Reflecting on this event, we recognize the vital role that institutions like CCIPR play in building bridges between communities and fostering opportunities for collaboration. We remain committed to our mission of supporting Italian businesses in Romania and strengthening our cultural and economic ties.
A special thanks to the Italian Embassy in Bucharest for organizing this significant event and to all our members and partners for their continuous support and dedication.
