Together with some of our associates, we visited the factory of the De'Longhi Group, one of Italy's largest industrial groups and a manufacturer of small household appliances. Thanks to the presence of CEO Carmen Elena Petcu, we were able to discover the history of the company, some special anecdotes... and how espresso coffee arrives in the cup every morning!
It was an enlightening experience that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the heart of innovation and production of quality household appliances.
During the guided tour, we were able to see first-hand the production process of the famous coffee machines, from components to final assembly. It was fascinating to observe the attention to detail and precision with which these products, synonymous with Italian excellence worldwide, are made.
In addition, we had the opportunity to meet some of the talented professionals working behind the scenes to carry on De'Longhi's legacy of quality and design.
This visit was not only an opportunity to get to know one of Italy's leading appliance brands up close, but also an opportunity to network and exchange ideas with other CCIPR members.
